At Star Aquafresh, we strive to provide high-quality RO and UV water purifiers to ensure clean and safe drinking water. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our Refund & Return Policy.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window – You can return the product within 2/3 days from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility for Return – The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
- Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 2/3 days with proof (photos/videos), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Product Received – If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged due to improper handling.
- Customized or specially ordered products.
- Items without the original packaging or missing accessories.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
- Approved Refunds – If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5/6 business days to your original payment method.
- Partial Refunds – If the product is returned with missing components or damaged packaging, only a partial refund may be issued.
- Non-Approved Refunds – If the return does not meet our criteria, we will notify you and return the item at your expense.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your purifier for a different model, contact us within 5/6 days. Exchanges are subject to availability and price adjustments if applicable.
